Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center is offering a FREE Health-in-Action Workshop. The virtual workshop will take place every Thursday afternoon 1:00 to 3:30 PM from June 9th to July 14th. Registration is required; sign-up today!

About The Event
The Health-in-Action Program is a workshop given for once a week, for six weeks! People with chronic pain attend together. Workshops are conducted by two facilitators, one or both of whom have chronic conditions themselves, such as diabetes, arthritis, or heart conditions.
The workshop sessions will take place on:
Thursday, June 9th from 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, June 16th from 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, June 23rd from 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, June 30th from 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, July 7th from 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, July 14th from 1:00-3:30 PM
