Healthy Hearts Campaign
Happy Valentine's Day! In the spirit of hearts and Valentine's Day, we are kicking off our first seasonal initiative of 2019. Today starts our Healthy Hearts Campaign! As many of you know, most of our patients struggle with either diabetes or high blood pressure. We do our best to provide all of our hypertensive patients with a blood pressure cuff, but we need your support to continue to do that!
Please consider supporting our Health Hearts Campaign. A $30 donation helps us to provide blood pressure cuffs to our patients. How many patients do you want to support?

Volunteer Shift Sign-Up
Related to the prior update, one of the Operations Manager's responsibilities will be volunteer management. In an effort to make it a smooth transition and training process for the Operations Manager, we want to remind all of our volunteers to please sign-up for volunteer shifts via Sign-Up Genius. Having all of our volunteers sign-up in advance allows us to plan clinic flow appropriately. In addition, knowing that this is a process we'll be transitioning to the Operations Manager, we want to make it as simple as possible!
PS -- We recognize that there are limited spots available for each volunteer position per clinic night, but we're trying to be as efficient as we can with everyone's time. Thanks!
Mobile Mammography Unit
Are you a female patient of ours in need of a mammogram? You're in luck! Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center is partnering with The James's Center for Cancer Health Equity to host their Mobile Mammography Unit at our clinic.
