from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for an $8 Cash Donation.You must return on the following Friday to have the TB Test read and receive your certificate.

Work/School Physicals are done on Friday Clinics ONLY – You must provide your own work/school physical form.

Helping Hands is partnering with CVS Health Foundation and Twine Health to bring a first-of-its-kind experience to our patients with hypertension.

With the Twine App and our health coaches, you can get one-on-one health tips in between visits to your doctor. Collaborative action planning allows you to work with your team to create a plan that’s all about you. Your goals. Your actions. Your first steps.
Currently, we are starting this program for adults with hypertension that meet the guidelines for our clinic: Uninsured or underinsured adults who meet 200% federal poverty guidelines.

The MyBudgetCoach program helps low-income working families improve their ability to budget and make well-informed financial decisions. Understanding the importance of budgeting is generally recognized as the first step in successful financial planning. While people at any income level can benefit from improving their budgeting skills, it is particularly important for low-income individuals who may suffer severe consequences after making uninformed financial decisions.

Meet with a coach and participate in online sessions that focus on such topics as:
