Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center provides free medical care and social services to uninsured and underinsured ADULTS whose income is below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

On clinic days our doors open at 2:30 pm to begin sign-ins. We do not have scheduled appointments. Our services are offered on a “first come first served” basis. We accept patients until we reach our capacity. It is recommended that patients arrive when the doors first open. We do not serve individuals under age 18.

Helping Hands is partnering with CVS Health Foundation and Twine Health to bring a first-of-its-kind experience to our patients with hypertension.

With the Twine App and our health coaches, you can get one-on-one health tips in between visits to your doctor. Collaborative action planning allows you to work with your team to create a plan that’s all about you. Your goals. Your actions. Your first steps.

The MyBudgetCoach program helps low-income working families improve their ability to budget and make well-informed financial decisions. Understanding the importance of budgeting is generally recognized as the first step in successful financial planning. While people at any income level can benefit from improving their budgeting skills, it is particularly important for low-income individuals who may suffer severe consequences after making uninformed financial decisions.
