Clinic Holiday Closure

We hope that all of our clinic patients, volunteers, and supporters have a wonderful and safe holiday season!

Our final Free Care Program day of the year will be on Tuesday, December 14th from 8-9 AM.

Our clinic will be closed for the holidays from Sunday, December 19th until Sunday, January 2nd. The clinic staff will return to the office on Monday, January 3rd.

During this holiday break, no staff will be in the clinic to answer phone calls or emails. In addition, no programs or services will be offered during these times.

Cold and Flu Season with COVID-19

Please stay alert this cold and flu season and know when to get get tested for COVID-19. With our clinic having closures for the upcoming holidays, we want all to stay safe and healthy. Review this Franklin County Public Health resources if you start experiencing symptoms.

Clinic COVID-19 Updates

We are continuing to serve the community with our priority being our patients, but with our focus on how to safely serve during the pandemic. With this in mind, we have made a few changes and would like to make sure everyone is prepared as we head in to cold and flu season.

  • We will continue to take temperatures and perform COVID-19 screening questions to patients upon arrival at the clinic.

  • All patients, volunteers, staff members, and supporters will be given a new mask upon arrival at the clinic.

  • If a patient is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, we cannot serve them without a negative COVID-19 rapid or PCR test result. We are asking the same of volunteers; if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please get tested before coming in to the clinic.

  • We know the many cold and flu symptoms overlap with COVID-19 symptoms, which can make this challenging. However, this is the best way to keep as many people as healthy as possible, especially with the emergence of new COVID-19 variants. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Once a patient has received all of their services from the clinic, they must exit the clinic.

If you have any questions about these procedures, do not hesitate to talk to any of our team members.

Thank you for helping us serve and stay safe!
