Annual Report
We've closed out 2018! It typically takes a month or two to scan all lingering 2018 paperwork and crunch the numbers. We've finished rounding out 2018 and we sure have made an impact!
In 2018, our clinic provided 1,894 services for patients and 1,585 of them were at NO COST to the patient.
This would not have been possible without your support all year long. Thank you to everyone who helped us serve our patients. While we're impressed with what we've accomplished this year, we're looking to breeze by the 2,000 services mark next year. We're hoping you can once again help us accomplish this goal.

New Signage
Have you stopped by clinic lately?! Maybe you should! We recently got free road and parking signage donated to the clinic. The signs look absolutely fantastic and now we're able to better promote our new location. We love our new home at Epworth UMC and we want everyone to know we're here!
Tax Preparations
Don't forget we're helping with taxes again this year! Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center has wonderful volunteers who are assisting with tax preparations. All tax preparations are FREE and appointments are still available!

Operations Manager - Interviews in Progress!
As you know from our last newsletter, we're in the process of hiring an Operations Manager to join our team. We are moving in the right direction and have interviewed some great candidates! The interview process is moving right along and we're hoping to have someone joining our team soon.

Yearlong VISTA Position - Coming Soon!
We are excited to have been granted an AmeriCorps VISTA from the Ohio Association of Foodbanks! The AmeriCorps VISTA job posting will not be active until the end of March/early April, but we can give you a few details now! The VISTA position is for a Communications and Fundraising Associate and the position would run from July 2019 to July 2020. If you or anyone you know is interested in working at Helping Hands Health and Wellness Center as a VISTA, please have them give us a call at (614) 262-5094. We'd love to invite them for a tour of clinic and an informal meet and greet before the job posting is active.
