Executive Director Report
First, I send this message with the hope that our entire community is healthy and strong. I think about our clinic community everyday and pray for positivity and strength. I know these are difficult times, but please take the precautions you need to take to stay healthy.
This Coronavirus has tested everyone's patience, stamina, and well-being. It has challenged everyone's stability, health, and finances. While we've been working towards and planning for the future, we now need to adapt.
And with all this in mind, I want to thank you.
Thank you for the years of service you've given to our clinic.
Thank you for your dedication to our patients.
Thank you for your service to our clinic week after week.
Thank you for supporting our mission.
Thank you for supporting our vision.
Thank you for being a part of our team.
Thank you for being a part of our community.
And now, most of all, thank you for your patience.
Our clinic reevaluation date has been pushed to May 17th. At that time, we will, once again, evaluate the Coronavirus circumstances and our ability to reopen.
I don't have an exact date for when the clinic will open. I don't know that our clinic operations and procedures will look the same when we return. But I know that my passion for and commitment to our patients has not wavered.
I am asking you all now to do me a favor to help me structure our reopening. I need your help in determining how we reopen and when. You'll see a link below with 5 survey questions. By answering these questions, you'll greatly guide our decisions and aide in our ability to plan. Depending on the responses to the survey, I may be sending it out every couple of weeks to be able to make the most relevant decisions for the clinic with the most current information. I greatly appreciate you taking the survey now and several more times in the future.
